The WTF2100 boiler softened water multi parameter online analyzer adopts a dual channel analysis design, with two sample injection valves, which can sequentially analyze the chloride ion and hardness content in the water before and after softening treatment. Among them, the hardness is analyzed by complexometric titration, with a detection range standard of 0-500mg/L, which can be customized according to the actual water sample; The chloride ion content in softened water is low, and the instrument uses turbidity method for analysis (electrode method is suitable for measuring residual chlorine). The instrument displays the pH of the water sample in real-time and automatically analyzes chloride ions and hardness in sequence. The analysis results are uploaded through three analog outputs or communication methods. If the water sample exceeds the standard, a customized external dosing system can be used for treatment.
